DC-160 and DC-120: Choosing a line
Identify the stages you need from incoming produce to filling. Consider DC-160 and DC-120 alongside your existing machinery and storage layout.
DC-120 for processing up to 50 tonnes per day
We recommend DC-120 for processing up to 50 tonnes of produce per day. Let’s discuss filling equipment and layout for your big bag, sack or box requirements.
DC-160 for processing 50 tonnes or more per day
We recommend DC-160 for processing 50 tonnes or more per day. Let’s discuss filling equipment and layout for your big bag, sack or box requirements.
Start with the processing stages
- Infeed: Does produce arrive in boxes or on an existing conveyor?
- Preparation: Do you need soil and small-produce separation?
- Grading and inspection: Which size groups and manual checks are needed?
- Discharge: Will produce go into big bags, sacks or boxes?
A line need not include every stage. Planning depends on existing machines, available space and the required workflow.
| Model | Function | Clarify in your enquiry |
|---|---|---|
| DC-120 | Soil and small-produce separation, manual inspection. | Downstream equipment and separate filling needs. |
| DC-160 | Soil separation, grading, inspection and packing; the catalogue lists big bag or sack filling options. | Size groups, filling preference and layout. |
Layout details to discuss
- Measure available space and inlet/outlet heights.
- Share target throughput and incoming produce condition.
- Prepare existing machine codes and a layout sketch.
